Our Word View - Independence

What is Our Word View?  A collaboration between two friends who lost touch over the years but have reconnected online.  We share a love of the ocean, photography, quotes, animals and family.  Often times our photographic interpretations of our word of the week are very similar.

This week I chose the word independence.  I thought it would be a good word to reflect on as the 4th of July is the birthday of our country's independence.  Originally I thought it would be easy to come up with an image to represent the word independence but I was wrong.  It took me a long time to decide what image to share today.  In the end I used photoshop and worked with two different images to come up with my interpretation of the word independence.   Be sure to head over to Our Word View to see my friend Liz' photo for the week.
