Shadow Shot Sunday

This past week we enjoyed a beautiful full moon.  Before retiring for the night I decided to brave the very cold temps and try my best to get a good shot.  I truly felt like I had failed in my attempt, but having just downloaded those images I have discovered that I did capture a couple good images.

What do you think?

Peace!

Enchanting and romantic photos of the moon! The first two, in particular, are lovely! The moon fills the space between the shadow shapes of the branches!

These are wonderful! I never seem to be able to capture decent photos of the moon.

Oh I think you did a wonderful job. Your photos are beautiful. I love seeing a bright full moon. I have tried to capture the moon a few time myself and had to play with the camera settings to capture it. It isn't an easy task unless you have a professional camera. I especially like the view through the tree branches. Nice Job!!!

I think you did a great job catching shadows across the moon.

These photos would make good cover art for the jacket of a vampire book!

I think it looks kind of cool. I tried to catch that same moon on Tuesday morning on my way into work. It was so HUGE! I couldn't believe how big it was!
