Shadow Shot Sunday

I have not been spending as much time with my camera these days but on Friday I brought it along on my walk with the dog.  There are some lovely houses on my walk with beautiful landscaping.  Close to the beach is a home that has a stunning, unique grass planted next to a crisp white fence.  I've been watching the grass evolve over the past several weeks and was enchanted by it's latest metamorphosis.  With the colder air parts of the grass has transformed into lovely curly cues.  I took these photos truly focusing on the grass and was so surprised and delighted by what popped up on my computer screen when I downloaded my pictures.  I find the shadows on the white fence interesting.  I love how the texture intrinsic in the plant reads on my screen.  I hope you like it too.

Happy Sunday.

Peace!

While taking that nice walk, you found some very neat shadow shots.

Oh, I like those little curly shadows!

SHADOW PLAY

Shadows like horses, shadow likes chicks,
Shadows like houses built with red bricks;

Shadows much taller than a high wall—
No matter their shape, I love them all!
