Wow, what a day on the stock market. The economic forecast for our country is grim. The bailout of Wallstreet seems necessary, but also so unfair to the regular citizen who is struggling and does not have someone standing by to bail them out of their financial troubles. The entire thing makes me feel sick to my stomach! I think of the stories Grammy has told about how she and her family survived the great depression. Those experienced truly shaped who she still is today. I pray that we don't have to experience a great depression. I worry for us all.
I wonder how our next President will lead us out of this mess.
