Our Campsite



Last night was a lot of fun!  We made some great family memories.  Hopefully the children will take these memories with them and cherish them as I cherish my own childhood memories.

It was a beautiful night for a campout.  The sky was clear and the air was crisp.  To borrow a saying from my parents ..."the night sky was dripping with stars".    As the night continued the air got quite cool.  I was happy to have long pj pants on and two layers of blankets.  Even with the extra layers it was chilly.  R made it through most of the night but ended up going in around 2:30 in the morning.  N made it until about 5:30 and n and I went inside about 6:00.  Everyone took early morning naps to make up for the sleep we didn't seem to get enough of in the tent.  We all agreed that we would certainly 'camp out' again.
