Well we finally had our first significant snowfall of the season.  It has been snowing all day long and has transformed the dull landscape into a glorious winter wonderland. Well the weekend is here!  Yay! Lots to get done.  I have organized my office area in the basement.  I have gifts to finish making and buying.  I think the buying will be saved until Monday.  I'm taking the day off so that I an get through my list. Remembering Dad today on the second anniversary of his death.  Time is funny,  it seems so long ago yet like it was just yesterday. We are honoring him by beginning a new family tradition.  This will forever be the day we set up the tree and decorate the house.  Both children are home today to help with this process.  We will create new memories and share stories of the past. This week we were asked to keep it simple and add two of Kim's textures to any of our photos. I chose to add Kim's Word and Stained Linen textures.  Soft light at 100% worked for both of these textures and I am pleased with the final result. Peace!
